Gregory C. Czar, Ph.D. is a licensed clinical psychologist who has worked in the area forensic psychology since 1997.  After earning his doctorate through the California School of Professional Psychology (CSPP), which included internship at Morrison Center Child and Family Services in Portland, Oregon, he completed a two-year residency at Oregon State Hospital’s Forensic Evaluation and Treatment Service (FETS) program.  Dr. Czar currently maintains a forensically-oriented private practice in Lake Oswego, OR that includes evaluation and consultation services related to child, adolescent, and adult sex offense, and general violence risk.  He also conducts trial competency and criminal responsibility evaluations, as well as providing evaluation and consultation services to a number of law enforcement agencies.  Dr. Czar is a Special Deputy with Polk County Sheriff’s Department and is part of the agencies cold case team.  He has also been a member of the State Hospital Review Panel (SHRP) since its inception in 01/13.
