The membership of the Oregon Adolescent Sex Offender Treatment Network and the board members includes community and OYA facilities’ sex offender treatment providers, county juvenile department probation officers, OYA parole/probation officers, DHS staff, and foster parents from throughout the state. The Network has been in existence since 1983 and the annual conference in May draws over 200 in attendance each year.
